Should I wear a mask?

CDC recommends that everyone wear a mask over their nose and mouth when in public, including on public transportation and in transportation hubs such as airports and stations. Masks slow the spread of COVID-19 because they help keep people who are infected from spreading respiratory droplets to others when they cough, sneeze, or talk. Medical masks and N-95 respirators are for healthcare workers and other first responders, as recommended by current CDC guidance.

Is your tour guaranteed departure?

Yes, most of our tours have a minimum of 2 passengers policy, which makes our tour guaranteed departure even if there’s only 2 passengers.

What is your refund policy?

For new clients booked by Jun 2021, it’s free cancellation up to 2 months prior to departure date, no questions asked. For clients booked after Jun 2021, cancellation policy will be based on terms and conditions for each tour.

What other service you do except for Guided Group Tours?

We have series of guided group tours to choose from, which satisfies most of the passengers’ needs. If you do have special requests, we provide customized tours as well. We also have insurance professional to help you get the most suitable travel insurance.
